Accesses the in-game help system. There are multiple pages available use an integer after the command to specify which page (default is page 1) Eg. /help 2 will pull up the 2nd page of help.
The master source of command info is this site, so information may be outdated on in-game help, as editing it is a clunky, difficult process.
