System for owning, spawning, teleporting, and removing special "personal vehicles"
Vehicle License costs can by bypassed by purchasing one of any below vehicle type from an NPC vendor. (Vendor price is usually cheaper)
you DO NOT need to ever lock personal vehicles, as they can only be driven be the owner, and storage and fuel tank is locked to only owner at all times. Passenger seats can be mounted by anyone unless locked with a regular lock.

- Fuel Included: 100 LGF
- Respawn Cooldown: 60 seconds
Scrap Helicopter

- License Cost: 750 Scrap
- Spawn Cost: 100 Scrap
- Fuel Included: 200 LGF
- Respawn Cooldown: 5 minutes
Horse
- Command: /horse
- License Cost: free
- Spawn Cost: free
- Fuel Included: no, feed it some pickles
- Respawn Cooldown: 60 seconds
