Attaches a Vehicle Radio to a vehicle. Placement of boombox (for tuning) and on/off button (red button) vary. You MUST be mounted in the driver's seat to toggle the radio. Anyone can attach or remove a radio from any vehicle, do not abuse this otherwise you will be punished. You may have to stand at a weird angle to get the "radio settings" options to be available.
Radios can be removed using /removeradio
