Server Features (Vanilla Rust)

List of most of the features available on the WCF Vanilla Rust Server.

Active Admins

Staff monitor the server 24/7 and have logs on most things such as raiding/looting/killing, so if you have been the victim of a crime, reporting in discord #support-and-report or making a ticket will usually result in the culprit being punished/banned.

Helicopters Spawn Randomly

WCF has restored this feature that was removed as a default server setting last year. Minicopters can now be found on roads, and Scrap Transport Helicopters can be found pretty much anywhere

HQM does not decay

HQM base components will not decay (ignore "building decaying" message from TC and DO NOT put HQM in TC) the only exception is elevators, if there is an elevator, you will need to either manually repair it every day or fully meet the HQM requirements listed in your TC

Bases self-heal at 10x Rate

All buildings in rust will self-heal using materials in the TC over time. at WCF, we have increased the healing rate by a factor of 10. HQM WILL NOT SELF HEAL AT ALL.

Custom Chat Titles

Players who donate any amount to WCF are eligible for a custom [Chat Title] of their choosing! No minimum amount (other than the donation platform minimum of like USD$3.50 or something)

5 Minute Crate Timer

Hackable locked crate hack timer reduced to 5 minutes (from 30 minute Rust default)

Events

Various events take place on the server

Christmas

It is Christmas time ALL the time at WCF. Santa will visit regularly and drop a GIANT present (similar to an airdrop) and leave 2 small, white present boxes within 30m of each online player.

Halloween

From time to time, you will get a jumpscare with loud music, this is the Halloween Candy Collection event! If you do not have a candy bucket or Easter egg basket, hold E on candy, otherwise equip a basket(of either type) and use left click to pick up candy.

Easter

Similar to the Halloween event, the Easter Egg Hunt will happen from time to time. It works the same as the Halloween event.

Attack of the Karens

Admins will run this event sometimes. The sky will turn a wild color and many Karens will come out of the woodwork and try to huff and puff and blow your house down. There may be other, random elements to this event that change depending on which admin is running the event.

Other, Random Events

Admins sometimes will just randomly do an event of their own making, so be prepared for anything!
